It is a sequel is to Spider-Man (MHM). Peter still at high school, his relationship with Gwen Stacy is going very well. Mary Jane Watson and Flash Thompson are both in the movie in small roles. Harry Osborn is Peter's best friend. Gwen Stacy dies by the Green Goblin. He works at the Daily Bugle where he works for J. Jonah Jameson. This is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MHM).
